Best hair supplements you've had progress with?

As the title suggest, im looking for a supplement to help with thinning hair. It may help to say I think it is slightly genetic as my mom has thin and short hair, but I wish to try. I'm also on a GLP-1, so if you are on one too, and are taking a good supplement, i definitely want to hear from you.
