How to beat Sagat as Rashid

I know already parry the low shots and duck the heavy shots but how do i get close rashid has know projectile invul(low shot beats slide) and all air approaches lose to his dp or doing nothing cuz rashid is negative after skyhigh. If the sagat has a more zoning playstyle i just lose everytime.
