Encumberment [Feedback]

Shouldn't a healthy male soldier, as represented in Tarkov, be able to carry more gear from the start, without already being in the orange? I think something is broken or some bad math.

Once I add and fill up a backpack, I can barely run. Stamina leaks like a broken faucet. I'm newer. My stats are Strength is 18 and Endurance is 10. Low but not starter level.

What are your thoughts?
