Is Harvey Specter an ENTJ or ENTP?

He somehow gives me both vibes at times; but I’m wondering if he has more P or J (I guess it depends on the scene) but I thought he was going to be an ENTP type (he gave me Saul Goodman or Jeff Winger vibes) before I went to PBD and it said ENTJ and several other sites. Can you give me reasons why he could be an ENTJ over an ENTP?
