Anybody play men’s ULAX in Cleveland area?

30 y/o who hasn’t played lax since high school. Not super well conditioned these days, and never was that sick at lacrosse, but I really do miss it. ULAX website says the league is beginner friendly but I read on this forum that the level of competition and intensity varies from city to city.

Just wondering if anyone can give me a vibe check on what the league is like out here! I just wanna play some semi organized lacrosse same way I can just go play pickup basketball
