how do i get my account back

Hi, I need some help.

My account got disabled by Instagram on the 29th of November, and I tried to appeal, but for some dumb reason, the number to get the code was blocked. I didn't know, so I spammed the code, hit the cool-down, and tried again in 24 hours. And still got the cooldown. 2 days later, I got it and uploaded my ID and did the rest of the form, and today I got the Note that my account is permanently disabled. Is there any way I can get it back? I don't really care about the photos, likes, follower ratio, but the chats, followers who I only talk to on Instagram, are irreplaceable. I downloaded the data. What's included, and what can I do with it if I can't get the account back

Thank you for all your help
