Anyone else tired of the YouTube ragebait?
There's now this whole content creation industry of just hating on Pokémon games. It's always the same clickbait thumbnails, the same surface level criticisms, ranting about the lowest hanging fruit. I'll watch a 1 hour "review" of Legends ZA and the video doesn't really cover specifics, it's always just a populist rant about how "we deserve better", how Nintendo is evil, and how a game with unmodeled buildings shouldn't cost $70 dollars. Other than those very surface level topics, they don't have much else to say about the game, and it makes me think these people reviewing the game didn't even really play it. They are just watching footage of it, and parroting the talking points of others. Exploiting appeal to emotion fallacy (ragebait) to farm ad revenue
