Break out near the nose/upper mouth area

Does anyone know any products to use for pimples and redness sa gilid ng nose and the mustache area? I've had them for quite some time now, and I would really like to remove them. Yes, I've been touching my face from time to time. I know that you shouldn't. Hoping to get your recommendation/advice.
