Any cashmere coat advice?

It’s gotten pretty cold here, and I am realizing that since I gave away my classic lined Burberry trench, I no longer have a proper winter coat, just a collection of jackets, etc. I’m thinking of getting a double faced cashmere coat from H, probably a longer one… any advice from those who own them? I like the dark grey color, wouldn’t do the ivory as I’d be living at the cleaners
