Did I fuck up?

So I used the Klein GFCI tester on a regular outlet/receptacle in the kitchen and I heard a pop! (Yes, I know im a dummy) the main panel did tripped, and I turned it off and on and now the outlet is open hot and it does not work anymore. All the outlets in the kitchen works except for the one I used it on. There is a GFCI that is in the kitchen and I reset it but it still doesn't work. Did I burn out the receptacle? Or should I look for GFCI somewhere else?
