I need urgent help

I am 23 years old i am from Minnesota i am struggling really bad with my mental health i am currently homeless right now i just recently moved out of my abusive families house and i don’t have a job right now currently due to my severe mental health issues and disability. I tried to apply to target and so many jobs and i have not got any responses back. I make 0 income I don’t have a place to stay or live I’ve tried to look for housing but it’s hard especially when you don’t make any money and I am currently struggling hitting rock bottom right now. I have no friends or no support from anyone I’ve struggled with severe depression and mental health issues for years and i never had anyone ever try to help me. I would really appreciate if i could get any support from you guys or give me some advice or donate to me if you can. Appreciate you all thank you ❤️
