Tooth Blues.

Postdiagnosis vent/questions

I have very little saliva production due to Sjogrens and poor teeth genetics which means my teeth are prone to decay despite keeping care of them. Found a few molars have very rapidly started to decay tonight, and considering my options. This might sound silly, but is it possible to maybe just get them all pulled and replaced with dentures if it gets to the point that my front teeth are damaged? I'm extremely sensitive with maintaining the appearance of my teeth like many. Right now they look ok but I could spend on fillings through these coming years as they slowly fail and become fragile and go through root canal after root canal, but feel like it's ultimately chasing the impossible.
