Add-ons still a problem…

Still cannot get access to add-ons… Playing on PS4 Have tried -re-installing from the ps store -restoring licenses -starting from an old back up -deleting all storage and starting over -starting over at the beginning.

Does anyone have any further advice? I do have access to the creations club and have little issues with the mods I use. Thanks
