Ballroom chest?

There’s a chest by the ceiling above the dance floor in the new ballroom realm, but I see no way of getting to it or opening it! Me and my friend have tried parkouring, glitching, using magic on random items, maybe using a balloon to float up there or something, but nothing has worked! Has anyone got any ideas on how to get to it or if it’s doable?
