How long do you guys think physical withdrawals would last 5’5 98 pounds skinny etc

Will it be quick for everything to Leave my body since I’m not full of weight tall lot of muscle etc? I’m on day 4 in 1 hour so hopefully I get better soon when do u guys think I will
