Long term consequences of birth right citizenship for children of illegal aliens

Assuming 20 million adults came in the past few years and if each of them have 2 kids. In 18 years, that is 20 million voters who will vote with the party that promises amnesty for their parents who in turn will vote for the party that will promise full SSA/medicare even if the adults never contributed much to the social net. All of the deportations happening today will not matter much in the long run if this loophole is not addressed.

The supreme court decision on Dec 5 is going to be a critical one.

In parallel, the admin should look at eliminating chain migration for siblings and parents. The only people who should gain for sponsorship should be spouses and kids. A lot of recently naturalized citizens are sponsoring greencards for their aged parents. These parents never worked in the US and are already eligible for subsidies in blue states and will be eligible for medicare once they become citizens after 5 years.
