Planning 2026, my first year of retirement and quarterly taxes.

So, in 2026, I will no longer have employment income. I will earn approximately $150,000 via a single IRA distribution taken in April, plus another ~$8,000 from interest/dividends. Filing will be MFJ. This is my first time doing quarterly taxes, so want to make sure I understand how to calculate a lumpy earned income the right way. My assumption is that I will ultimately be in the 22% tax bracket and owe ~$17,100 for the year. How would I calculate how much to pay each quarter? I am thinking the result in something like $700 due in Q1, $15,000 due in Q2, $700 for Q3 and again for Q4. But these are estimates. How would I setup a calculation or is there a form that helps me work it out?

Oh, I will pay ~$50k in federal tax in 2025, so I think the safe harbor is out.

TIA!!!
