Whats the best plugins?

Hey I just modded my PSP 3000 and got the 6.60 ARK and i permanently installed it on the psp but idk what plugins I need + idk where to even download games from, from what I gathered its forbidden knowledge I even found some old links to YouTube vids explaining where to get games but all the vids have been taken down so DM me if u have any suggestions

Extra question: should i have the 6.61 update or is 6.60 also good?
