Extended relatives have filed a custody petition against me even though I am the biological and primary parent and have been my child’s only caregiver. There is a history of domestic violence involving the child’s father, and these relatives were involved in crossing safety boundaries and exposing my child to emotionally harmful situations.

Mediation is coming up and I need legal support immediately from someone experienced in non-parent custody cases and DV-related family law.
