Front subframe strength question

So, I'm trying to see if I can install the 034 front sway bar myself on my B9 S4. Since I don't have a car lift in my garage, I'm hoping to build car cribs with 2 x 4s that are 12 inches off the ground. I'm trying to figure out how to get all 4 wheels off the ground and on the cribs. So my question is will the front subframe be strong enough to be my lift point for the whole front using a 3 ton floor jack, so I can put the cribs under both front wheels at the same time?
