Will working in an event company be useful to me for future MBA?

I was working as a freelancer in many Event companies. I’ve done a lot of wedding, corporate and cultural events. In the meantime, I was offered a full time job by some of the companies but I did not take them up because I was sure I would crack CAT this year. Now CAT 2025 has humbled me🥲. And yesterday only one of a wedding planner company offered me to join them. I would either work in the production team or the hospitality team. Now I’m really confused. Would working in a wedding planner company be useful to me after 1-2 years if I plan to do an MBA? The company is famous in my state but I’m unsure if it would give me the same credibility as working in big firms would do. Also I want to do an MBA from Marketing, so would it be a waste if i work on production or hospitality?
