Question about Vapula (and getting seals as a tattoo)

Question for yall, I have been recently reading some books and came across Vapula (Naphula) and his seal. I appreciate what his disciplines are, and would like his blessings in my handicrafts. I have read that he is neither good nor evil. What would getting a tattoo of his seal invoke?

What would getting a tattoo of any seal or symbol mean? Thank yall for your time and expertise.
