P2S with AMS 2 Pro filament feed issue

This is my first ever printer so I may be completely screwing this up with user error. I can’t get my P2S to begin a print successfully with the blue lock key in the PTFE tube. If I take the lock key out it feeds fine with it in, it goes about an inch past the tube entry on the machine and then jams.

Anyone else have a different solution to this? Am I just buggering it up with newbie hands? Any help would be awesome. Thanks!
