What an embarrassing launch for Burning Springs Update

FREAKIN. Are you kidding me? I was all kinds of hyped to get to play after work, thinking that the update would be completed well before now.
Fired up the wasteland... SERVERS DOWN.

Bethesda.... This is shameful and embarrassing for you, as a huge fan and long time player of the Fallout series, I am disgusted by this experience.
AND YOU KNOW WHAT?

I know what they're gonna do to "make up for it" too...

"We apologize for the inconvenience. We've compensated every player, log in to receive it!"

*Logs in* -> free 500 caps and a single repair kit. Two useless items if you're over lvl 50 in any fashion...

Seriously, for the amount of time we spend and the ridiculous amounts of money we pay every month for 1st and buying up Atoms for no reason to buy pointless skins and fun stuff, this is absolutely unforgivable. There should be an all star team that doesn't fumble the ball before the game even begins.

How long ya'll been working on and testing the update? Just for it to fall on it's face out the gate?

I'm still going to be watching the servers like a hawk. But FOR SHAME.
