How do I find out if someone removed me from their close friends list

Hi. I was on someone’s close friends list. Then I took a short break from Instagram. Since I came back I haven’t seen any close friends stories. How would I tell? In our private messages it shows I have replied to some of their close friends stories saying “You replied to their story”. I forget if it said something like “You replied to their close friend’s stories” or not before. Thanks!
