Does Fortnite Crew work with Game Pass via game sharing?

So I recently found out that Fortnite Crew is now included with Game Pass, but I’m a little confused about how it works.

The Game Pass I’m using isn’t mine — I have access through game sharing with someone else. Normally with game share, you still get things like deluxe editions and premium content, so I was wondering if that also applies to monthly subscriptions like Fortnite Crew.

So far, I haven’t received any Crew benefits, and I’m not sure if that’s because:

It doesn’t work through game sharing

I need to wait for a reset

Or if subscriptions just don’t transfer at all

I’m not complaining, and I’m not trying to cheat anything — I was just genuinely curious how this works. Personally, I’m guessing Game Pass game sharing doesn’t carry over monthly subs like Fortnite, but if anyone knows for sure, I’d like a straight answer.

If you’ve tested this or know how it works, I’d appreciate the clarification.
