Transition from BPO to VA Role

Hello!

I'd like to get your tips on my transition from BPO to VA roles.

I have been in the BPO industry for 14 years, 9 years of that is with the Training department (i.e Product & Process Training). The lines of businesses that I have supported are mostly telco companies and ISPs, providing Customer Service, Tech Support, Sales (both IB and OB). I am also adept in using MS Office tools. I enjoy creating reports, facilitating/attending meetings here and there.

I'd like to learn more about Medical VAs or should I go with GVAs first? Any free courses that you can recommend so I am better equipped with the knowledge needed with this transition.
