Father is a Jr. but its not on my birth certificate that way. What to write?

First time USA passport. My father is legally a Jr on his birth certificate, drivers license, etc. But on my FL birth certificate it does not say he is a Jr.

On my passport application do I put my father as a Jr since that's his legal name/title or should I leave it off since its not that way on my birth certificate?
