The bathroom in my parents house is disgusting

The bathroom in my parents hpuse id always filthy and disgusting no matter what I don't know how they manage to always have it filthy but the floor is always wet and full of dirt. I clean it myself from time to time yet it always gets filthy again. Last year I had a fight with my sister because she would leave the toilet full of menstrual blood once a month and not clean it. Her fucking cat will just pee from time to time and leave it smelling. Now a year later shit just appears on the floor randomly and I don't even know who to blame for it because it's not me but it could be literally anyone here. And they jist leave the shit on the floor and don't bother to clean it. I fucking hate it here so fucking much why is it so hard to keep the bathroom clean for these animals.
