I don’t know what this could be and how to word it to my psychiatrist
For 5 years my mental health has gotten worse and I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety. But what I’m experiencing something is just telling me it is not depression or anxiety. Every time I spend to long in one place I start having panic attacks thinking things are following me home from this place, I hear whispering and I see shadows. I’ve been having bad anxiety attacks recently as well where I just think I’m going to die and shake aggressively while not being able to work like how I would normally. The episodes are becoming longer and longer over the recent months and I’m scared I’m going to hurt myself because of them. If anyone knows what this could be signs of so I can reference it to my psychiatrist, because she gives me the same diagnoses every time I express this to her. I just have a feeling it’s not what she says it is.
