Can anyone help me with a Poem?

Context:
I am writing a novel set in 1867-1868, and I have a poem I made as a rough draft for the story, but it is obviously far too modern, and I need to find a way to make it sound more time-appropriate. Is there anyone here who could assist me.
Original Modern Poem:
“You’re so beautiful, it brings me to my knees 
Your eyes are hazel-green, with shades of autumn leaves 
I don’t look at you as you look at me 
I look into you and am at a loss for words from what I see 
I’m lost in a moment when you’re with me 
In this world there is nowhere else I’d rather be.”
