G923 Xbox ed not working; weird power plug?

So as my title suggests, my brand new g923 Xbox edition wheel is not working. I connect my pedals, connect my power, and nothing happens. I connect just my power, nothing happens. I connect my USB, connect my power, nothing happens. My only thought of a reason is, for some reason my power cord wiggles in the female end of the wheel itself, almost snapping in and out when wiggled. Bad connector maybe? I literally just bought this thing.
