Looking for recs. for a decent custom-design-printed mousepad, around 900x400mm, shipping to USA, mainly play CS, preferably under $50 but up to $75 is alright.

Says most of it in title, but I have a custom design I want printed on my mousepad, and I'd like to get it from someplace decent. I was going to go with the Aqua Control II, but shipping to the US for a custom pad seems to bump the price from $40 to $70, so... I'd like to get it for a bit less if possible. Mainly playing CS so optimizing texture/speed for that, and want around that 900x400mm size (though exactness isn't needed, just in that ballpark). Thanks!
