**High floor, Sphere view. $20 dollar trick** 🥳.

Had a fantastic, fantastic stay at Fontainebleau.

Instead of feeling nickel-and-dimed like we've heard about Vegas generally, Fontainebleau genuinely felt like they went above and beyond for us.

We booked it for only $30 more per night than Park MGM and still hundreds less than Aria or the Cosmo — for what we got in return, we were absolutely ecstatic.

From what we experienced, FB's interior is almost on par with Wynn/Encore and more luxurious than the Venetian/Palazzo. The casino floor doesn’t have the same energy Wynn does, but it definitely didn’t feel anything like a “dead mall” vibe people keep mentioning. For me, it would be comparable to Encore if you took out Encore’s poker room.

Now onto food, Hell’s Kitchen was our favorite experience and exceeded the hype—every dish was a hit. But the standout? The lobster risotto. Oh man, we could’ve ordered three more of those; I didn't know risotto could taste like that.

Overall, we had a wonderful time in Vegas. The hotel was divine, the event we came for was great (some people in our party even went twice!), and the food was mostly exceptional.

The only semi-miss for us was Mott32. The sea bass was the best I've had and the miso sauce was peak but it was also $100 after tax and tip for seafood fried rice **🤨.** If you're from LA, you could toss a stone somewhere in the SGV and find something comparable for way less. But our friends had a F&B credit, so why not?
