Does UT count both courses if I retook and replaced the grade when looking at my GPA?

I am a former UT student who applied for re-admission. I took a number of courses at ACC a few years ago, but I blew them off and got Fs on them.

I have since retaken the classes and replaced the grades with a mix of B’s and A’s and so my GPA is above the 2.5 requirement that UT has for returning students

I know ACC shows all attempted course work, including the failed grades on the transcript , but my ACC GPA is above the 2.5. Will UT calculate my GPA with both the failed courses and the passing ones, or just the passing ones?
