How do I increase my pick rate?

I've been feeling competitive lately

I average about 115-120 Today I decided to push myself and maintained 160-165 which was 5th place on the leaderboard 😦

There's about 4-5 people who all somehow have 200+ and almost 300 in my dept. How are they doing this?

I know 100 is the "goal" but I'm curious if I'm just legitimately slower, or is there a trick?
