Sleeves Badge

Hello guys, I created a custom team and listed it in Premier League.. The thing is my team doesn't automatically get the sleeves badges of EPL, FA Cup, UCL and Community Shield!!

Is there's a way to set it up for my team to have those badges? Please let me know
