Hey everyone, currently I’m running a push pull legs split.

Usually goes something like this.

M - chest shoulder triceps, or chest + back

T back biceps forearms (cardio 20 minutes incline ) or shoulders and arms

W - leg day

Thursday- repeat Monday

Friday - repeat Tuesday + cardio

Saturday - leg day again

Sunday - rest or active rest day

I’ve always been a fan of volume training, but I just recently switched to sets of 3 x 6-8. Or 3x 4-6 on compound movements.

I’ve even thought about doing a Mike menzter split. I recently bought Jeff knippards program on low reps high intensity so excited to try that

I’m not the strongest, which I kind of hate myself for. I can squat 315 and bench to 225. But not for reps.

I feel like my training has been off or maybe even my diet. I recently became a manager at a gym. And I feel like I don’t look like the part. I need some feedback on things that I can work on. I feel like overall my arms and maybe some more traps would help. What do you guys think ? I really wanna get into the best shape of my life and get overall stronger. Currently, I’m weighting in about 185. 5’11 at 23 years old. I really wanna get into a lean bulk phase and put on a lot of mass, maybe get to 220 and then drop down back to 185-190. Idk im just confused lol on what to do I think my body fat percentage is close to 20.

I also am trying to switch things up what do you guys track your lifts on since I use my notes app 😅

Bulk/ cut ? Be brutally honest
