Slang used in this sub

I've been reading this sub for a little while now and noticed a lot of slang that I'm not picking up on for situations and aspects of BPD people. Is there a big post with all the lingo I can read?

My ex had BPD and finding this sub helped confirm to myself I wasn't crazy or the abusive one, so I'm trying to understand all the phrases like bread crumbling and hoovering here.
