I need a full night's sleep. What do I do?

Troubleshooting/Tips

I have a 14 week old EBF baby. She feeds every two hours, day and night, with one initial four hour stretch of sleep at night.

I don't want to sleep train or leave her hungry or in any way teach her that I'm not going to respond to her needs, but I need a way to sleep a full night now because it's affecting my mental health.

My husband is able to take the full night with her but when I pump after a feed I get about an ounce. 2 if I'm lucky. So I don't know how much I'd need to pump first and even then, I know not waking up to feed or pump at night could affect my supply. Or would it be okay for one night?

Maybe I need to give her formula at night so her dad can feed her and I can have a sleep? Help! Feels like if I give anything other than breast milk I'm giving up somehow.
