Your insomnia may be caused by depression

SSRIs have really helped me... I know that they have side effects and possible long term complications but my anxiety is way down. For me the trade off is worth it -- just being in a panicked stake all the time was horrible. It took six months of being on a sufficient dose. My sleep isn't perfect but its better than it was. First two months I didn't notice much of a difference.
