Does the Patreon do refunds?

When the side quest D&D episode came out I resubbed to Patreon at the $5 tier to get the episodes in advance (plus weekly premium episodes) and specifically that side quest episode as well, which at the time I didn’t realize was actually a $15 tier thing and not $5. I know it’s kinda silly to want a refund for $5 but it feels weird to pay $15 extra to get all the stuff I paid $5 for and then some if that makes sense.
