AITA for making my husband sign a contract guaranteeing my security prior to moving to his home country where I can’t work.

My husband is from Australia but we met in the United States where I am an attorney. For years now he has been begging me to move back to Australia, give up my job (I can’t practice law in Australia) and essentially be a stay at home wife/mom (no kids yet). I have agreed only if he signs a pseudo-postnup agreeing to certain terms if we move to Australia and he divorces me (there are of course exceptions). The security would be certain terms re alimony, property split, etc. My perspective is that I am giving up my career and earning potential and should be guaranteed some securities if it all goes south. He is incredibly upset and hurt and thinks that I am making our relationship “transactional”. AITA?
