NYE Party Bar Recs

I’m trying to choose a bar to host a NYE party at and was wondering if anyone had any ideas for good spots in downtown Manhattan? Ideally would fit the following criteria:

• Can reserve a semi-private area (i.e., I don’t want my group to take up the whole bar)
• Spacious layout / somewhere with a dance floor
• Has good music to sing and dance to (not EDM / house)
• Is somewhere we can dress up nicely (more classy cocktail than dive bar)
• Bonus points if you’ve been on NYE and know how the vibes were that day

Know this is very specific, so would love any and all recs :)
