Nicotine effect on my HRT?

What is the real effect of casual nicotine use,say 5-6 cigs a day,on my estrogen levels. I do injection,Estradiol Valerate 4mg every 5 days.Whats the real chance of an actual effect as in it reducing e or raising t yk.
