Missed miscarriage at 11 weeks

I have had symptoms this entire time including vomiting, nausea, and severe fatigue. I already have a slight bump. Went in last week and doctor informed me baby was measuring smaller than it should. Today was my confirmation ultrasound, and there was no heartbeat. Feels like a cruel trick because I had been struggling with HG symptoms this entire time and now to have no baby feels like a rug has been pulled out from under me. Dreading the process of the baby formally miscarrying.
