Dog hair in laundry! Help

We have 4 long hair dogs, and we are drowning in dog hair. Is their any life hacks with capturing the hair during wash cycle and drying cycle ( other than lint trap) We have doghair everywhere even with sweeping/vacuuming several times daily.
