Anyone in here knowledgeable about lemon laws?

I bought a car in July and come to find out (now in the winter) as it is raining there is a water leak in the windshield causing water damage and has caused severe water damage. My insurance is only willing to pay for the repairs. I am now having to pay out of pocket for things that I did not cause. It was perfectly dry and just detailed an hour before I bought it. I’m pretty positive the seller knew it had water damaged and tried to hide it as much as possible. What can I do? Can I ask her if I can return the car to her now that it is fixed? And ask for a refund? Or can I ask her to pay for what I had to pay out of pocket? I am so exhausted from dealing with this car.
