Any good recommendations for cfs centers/Doctors?

Does anyone have any good recommendations for cfs centers or Doctors to go to? I live in the mid Atlantic region of the U.S. and the few places I've called are booked up or haven't called me back.

I'm willing to travel far if the Doctor is center is good just let me know of any good ones.
