Are Apple family guardians able to see private tab visited websites on Screen Time? If not on Screen Time can they see it anywhere else?

I’m just wondering because I just realised guardians can see visited websites but I always use private tabs so I’m not sure if they can see it that way or not. I know that if you use a website for a while it shows on your screen time but does it do that if you’re on a private tab? And if so or not can the guardian see it? I saw a question similar to this on here but it wasn’t exactly what I’m asking. Thanks.☺️
